I suppose one way around this would be to strip your car, or have your mechanic strip your car, into parts and sell these individually. It takes a while longer and isn't necessarily guaranteed, but wouldn't leave you paying for a car that you no longer own or can drive. For me, there's another lesson also - don't pay for a new car! Depreciation just means they aren't very good value - a good going-over by the mechanic on a three year old car is much more cost effective than paying the inflated price for a new one.</description><guid isPermaLink="true">http://dearlawyergreen.com/2009/04/09/how-much-is-my-totaled-car-worth.aspx#comment-2486953</guid><pubDate>Sat, 10 Oct 2009 15:53:35 GMT</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
